The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the impeccable service to the facilities and ambience, our experience was fascinating. The attention to detail, smiling faces, the location, proximity to a wide range of restaurants and supermarkets made our stay truly unforgettable. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful; thank you Ivan and Hugo for making our stay so memorable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation but also a down-to-earth sense of comfort.

We booked a refurbished room and it was lovely. Great views and beautifully appointed. The shower was 10/10. Stunning hotel with lots of interesting areas within the hotel itself. An easy walk to beautiful Hong Kong Park and Pacific Place shopping mall. Quick taxi ride from Central Airport Express and always able to get taxis from the hotel.

Really great view from the room, really comfortable room with good bed and really quiet (we choose renovated room), really good gym room and swimming pool. Breakfast with large choices. Staff really nice and helpful.

One of the premier hotels in the city with good reason. Exceptional room, exceptional view, exceptional staff, an absolutely faultless experience. Room service menu is extremely diverse and delicious.

Property was nice and comfortable. But the stuff was out of this world ! Extremely nice people who were always ready to help. Especially Nicole Tang. She was the best person I’ve ever seen in hospitality business. Super proactive, very likeable and always ready to help!

Amazing service! Staff in every area of the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Newly renovated room was super comfortable with a great view.

The room, the view was stunning! The service was excellent. Special mention goes to Gigi in reservations or was it concierge. A major asset to Shangrila!!!
